Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our designated service center for inspection.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
